After-hours pickup and drop-off services may be available upon request and are subject to scheduling, availability, and additional charges.
2. Rental Term Commencement
Rental periods begin based on the scheduled delivery, shipment, or pickup time.
- If equipment is shipped or delivered for receipt before 12:00 p.m., the rental term begins the same day, in some cases the next day if discussed with the client.
- If equipment is shipped or delivered for receipt after 12:00 p.m., the rental term begins the next business day.
Envirometrics reserves the right to determine the rental start time based on shipping records, courier logs, and internal dispatch records.

Rental rates are billed as follows:
- Daily rental: 24-hour period from the rental start time
