The HydraSleeve is a no purge groundwater sampling device which allows you to collect a grab samples from discrete intervals. With no need to purge or dispose of purge water, this groundwater sampler reduces your costs by saving time.
The device is lowered to specific depth inside the monitoring well and will remain empty until retrieved.
By pulling the device up, this opens a top checkvalve so water can freely enter while moving up the water column (fill stroke).
We offer several models of the HydraSleeve:
HS-2:
- Fits into a 1.5" diameter monitoring well
- Grab sample volume = 600 ml
- Fill stroke length = 30"
- Requires a bottom weight for deployment
HS-2-L:
- Fits into a 2" diameter (schedule 40) monitoring well
- Grab sample volume = 1000 ml
- Fill stroke length = 38"
- Requires a bottom weight for deployment
Armoured 2"
- Double-walled to protect from tearing
- Fits into a 1.5" diameter monitoring well
- Grab sample volume = 500 ml
- Requires a bottom weight for deployment
Each Hydrasleeve requires a clip, bottom weight and a deployment rope.
